Author Bio: My passion (or obsession) with Italy began long before I reached its shores. I always dreamed of traveling there, and completely fell in love with it when I studied in Florence for five months. Life was not the same when I came back to America, and so I fought to get back as soon as possible. Eventually I became an au pair in Rome, which allowed me three months of exploring the eternal city and seeing more of Italy. I am most passionate about the ability to live a beautiful life in Italy, the daily rituals that feed our soul and allow us to connect with other humans. I hope to return very soon, and stay a while.
